We ate at the garden cafe which was very good and has a lovely atmosphere. We also used the shuttle bus to travel back from Fenway Park one evening although I understand this is a pilot. The hotel has a free shuttle bus which takes you into Chinatown which is convenient. Reception is stunning and staff are very polite and helpful. We enquired about this but unfortunately it would incur a further charge of $125 to supply a kettle so we opted not to. The room has a nespresso machine although it's a shame there is no kettle to make tea. The TV has limited channels but you can connect to netflix etc which is great. Amenities are plentiful and turndown service is a lovely touch. The bathroom is beautiful and the shower and bath facilities are excellent. ![]() Everything was very clean although we noticed that the bedroom carpet was rarely hoovered during our stay. The controls within the room are all connected to a tablet and are very easy to use. The room is large and feels luxurious with a good sized bed, comfortable bedding and a stunning view. This is the second time we have visited the Encore Boston, on both occasions staying in April for the marathon.
